These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all access to and use of Domain Age Checker ("DomainAge", "we", "us"). By visiting our site, creating an account, or submitting domains for a lookup, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are using DomainAge on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Description of Service

DomainAge provides tools that query public domain registration data, display creation and expiration dates, registrar details, and derived age calculations. We may offer the service through the web app, API endpoints, or other interfaces. We continuously improve the product and may add or remove features without prior notice.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear compromised or inactive for an extended period.

4. Permitted Use

You may use DomainAge to conduct due diligence, security reviews, market research, or other legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit domains you are legally prohibited from processing.
• Interfere with the service, reverse engineer the platform, or bypass security measures.
• Use automated scripts beyond documented rate limits or attempt to harvest registry data in violation of third-party terms.
• Present DomainAge output as if it were authoritative registry data without citing the source.

We reserve the right to monitor usage and enforce throttling or access restrictions if you breach these obligations or overload the service.

5. Domain Data and Accuracy

DomainAge relies on third-party registries and Whois providers. Results may contain inaccuracies, delays, or omissions beyond our control. You should verify critical decisions with the relevant registry. By using the service, you acknowledge that DomainAge is provided "as is" and without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

6. API and Rate Limits

If you access the DomainAge API, you must comply with the published documentation and authentication requirements. We may impose rate limits, quotas, or usage tiers. Do not share API keys outside your organisation. We may revoke API access for abuse, excessive consumption, or security concerns.

7. Fees and Payment

Paid plans or credit packages are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. You authorise us or our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide. Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of the service.

8. Intellectual Property

DomainAge, including its visual design, logos, source code, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence granted in these Terms, no other rights are transferred to you. We do not claim ownership of the domain lists or feedback you submit; however, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that material to operate and improve the service.

9. Third-Party Services

The service may include links or integrations with third-party products. Their terms and policies govern your use of those products. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

DomainAge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomainAge and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DomainAge, its employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or create a security risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 5, 8, 10, and 11) will remain in effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "date" above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice, such as email or in-app messages. Continued use of DomainAge after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Contact
